My water heater unexpectedly decided to fail and I called Dalton and even though they had a tight schedule they made me a priority. We had Justin out within 45 minutes to officially diagnose the problem and I had a new water heater installed within an hour.

So I am very satisfied with the service provided by the on site techs both times I have had someone at my house. I am a little disappointed in the $500 minimum service for snaking my drain, which was a little over an hour of work. I’m not disappointed with anything the tech did, he was very informative and took right care of my issue, I was just not aware of minimum fee, and would have troubleshot myself had I known it would be a minimum of that amount. Otherwise completely happy with work performed, response time, and communication. Will have to think twice next time about whether I can afford minimum amount, which is a bummer as it is great service otherwise.

We were pleased with the maintenance services. Repairs were made in a timely manner. All the technicians were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Kept us well informed of when they would be arriving and answered our questions we had, etc. Thank you.

Had a sump pump go bad last Saturday night. Dalton was here 1st thing Sunday morning. No Sunday fee charges since I am a member. Jeff the technician was pleasant and professional. Got the job done quickly. Did a great job. Would recommend Dalton for all of your plumbing/ heating and air conditioning needs. Oh and fireplace too. I thought the prices were fair and reasonable. Only problem I had was with the automated phone system. She got my information correct however Jeff the technician said she gave him the wrong address and phone number however Jeff figured it out.

We love Dalton! We’ve used them for two years and have always had a great experience. Great customer service both over the phone and in-person. Brock and Todd were our most recent plumbing techs and they were a pleasure to work with. We’ll be lifetime customers!

Fast, friendly service. I was able get an appointment the same day I called. Thankfully they were able to schedule new furnace install the following day so we wouldn't be without heat. They were also great working around my work schedule. Would recommend to anyone who needs service!

Thank you for providing timely service. I was surprised to get scheduled so quickly. I appreciate the information shared regarding membership savings. I also appreciate the on-going communication prior to the service technician showing up to make repairs. William, the technician, was courteous and professional. He was exceptional at explaining the problem and what needed to be done to remedy it (new part was ordered). Upon his return with the correct part, he went about making the necessary installation. I highly recommend Willam and request that he be assigned for all of our future service calls.

We purchased a 28 year old home and Dalton has been a blessing. They have helped us with electrical, HVAC and plumbing services in the past 2 weeks. Everyone has been on time, friendly and helpful. Our immediate to-do list is complete thanks to Dalton! Update: We’re so proud of our new tankless! Lance and Todd did an excellent job. Enjoyed talking with them after, they’re very knowledgeable guys. Feb 2025 update: We requested a quote for a whole house generator. Tyler came out and answered all our questions the next day. Tyler and team finished the install last week. The attention to detail on location and installation was exactly what we expected and appreciated. This was a big item on our todo list before retirement. The Dalton team from start to finish is easy to work with, always a pleasure.
